Meagan Farley

Meagan Farley anchors the 5, 6 and 10 p.m. newscasts.

Meagan joined the 27 News team in May of 2005 as a producer and began as a full-time reporter in June 2006. In December of 2006 she began anchoring the 5 and 6 p.m. newscasts with Nate Hill. In February of 2008 she added the 10 p.m. newscast to her duties.

Meagan comes to Topeka from New York City, where she worked at ABC News for “World News Now.”

Originally from New Jersey, Meagan got her degree in Journalism from St. Michaels College in Burlington, Vermont. During college she interned at ABC News 20/20, and WVNY-TV.

After graduation she worked as a reporter for a radio station in Vermont and also worked as a reporter/anchor at WMJF-TV 16 News in Baltimore.

She is thrilled to be in Topeka and looks forward serving the viewers of Northeast Kansas.
