Jeremy was named 27 News Chief Meteorologist in April 2008. Jeremy brings with him a vast experience in forecasting a variety of weather.
Before coming to Topeka, Jeremy worked as a meteorologist at WHAS11 in Louisville, KY for more than four years. He has also worked for the weather syndication company WeatherVision in Jackson, MS and as a meteorologist at KRBC-9 in Abilene, TX.

Jeremy earned a Bachelor of Science in Meteorology from Purdue University and holds the American Meteorology Society Seal of Approval. While at WHAS, Jeremy started the Future Forecasters Program. As a part of this program, Jeremy visited area schools on a weekly basis during the school year and taught students about weather through interactive science experiments and demonstrations. Jeremy visited with more than 80 schools and nearly 10,000 students through the first three years of the program. Jeremy is excited to share his weather knowledge with people of all ages in NE Kansas and meet the viewers at various community events.

Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys playing sports, weight training and spending time with his wife, Lisa, and son, Landon.
