Philip Billard Ladies Auxiliary to the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post #1650 will host a 'Tradition of Caring' dinner on Saturday, May 24th at 6:30 p.m., at 3110 Huntoon, to honor Ladies Auxiliary VFW National President, Virginia Carmen on her official visit to the state of Kansas.
