The much talked about funeral picketing bill is one step away from having the force of law.
Today the senate passed the bill sending it to Governor Kathleen Sebelius for final approval.
The Governor says she will sign the bill into law.
The legislature fast-tracked the bill as a reaction to protests at funerals of fallen U.S. soldiers.
This new law will require protestors to remain 15-hundred feet from a funeral. That's roughly the length of 5 football fields.###
