A Tecumseh man is dead after an accident Sunday night.

The Kansas Highway Patrol says 42 year old Aaron Nottestad died after a car traveling on K-4 backed into the Harley Davidson he was riding.

The car had failed to make a u-turn on the bridge and hit Nottestad as it was attempting to back up.

The accident happened around 10-30 Sunday night.

Nottestad was pronounced dead at the scene.

Tthe driver and passenger in the car were not hurt.
