Family Of Shooting Victim Say It Was An Accident
A 20-year old Junction City man has been released on a $10,000 bond after being held for manslaughter in the death of his friend.
Police arrested Cory Vanz-Like in the shooting death of 21 year old Robert Orr on Saturday night. According to the Orr family the two men were best friends, and the shooting was an accident. They also say no alcohol or drugs were involved and they want the charges dropped so there won't be two victims of this tragic accident. Vanz-Like's next court appearance will be a preliminary hearing July 15th at 9:00 am. |
