A group that wants to repeal Topeka's smoking ban steps up its efforts. The city's smoking ban goes into effect on December 4th, but a group of Topekans hope to stop the ban as soon as it starts. The group started a smoking ban petition in October and since then have collected almost 4,000 signatures. However, their goal is to collect 10,000 signatures, which is double the number they need to force a public vote. To find out why please watch 27 News Reporter Audrey Esther's video.
