A new indoor sports facility opened its doors in south Topeka this week. The Topeka Sports Factory features three batting cages for baseball and softball as well as artificial field turf for football and soccer. Additionally, the 36,000 square foot building will become the new home for the Topeka Indoor Youth Football League.

In the coming months, youth sports teams can reserve the complex and use its artificial field turf for practices.

27 Sports Reporter Alex Wiebel took a tour of the new facility and tested the batting cages.
