Narcotics investigation lead to 3 arrests in central Topeka

TOPEKA, Kan. (KSNT) - Three people were arrested following a search warrant in central Topeka. 

The Topeka Police Department served the warrant in the 1700 block of SE Quincy, just south of the downtown area Tuesday.

The search warrant was in relation to a narcotics investigation. 

Following the investigation, a woman and two men were arrested and booked into the Shawnee County jail. 

Billie Bennett, 45, was booked for possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. 

Matt Teran, 31, was booked for possession of a stolen firearm and Hassan Thomas, 28, was booked for one felony warrant and two misdemeanor warrants.
