Wreck Closes Eastbound Lanes Of I-70
Heavy winds likely caused a semi-tractor trailer to blow over in Wabaunsee county.
The Kansas Department of Transportation says the wreck happened mid-afternoon Wednesday when heay winds rolled through northeast Kansas. The wreck happened just east of the Paxico rest area about 20 miles west of Topeka. The wreck in the eastbound lanes shut down both lanes of traffic and traffic is being detoured north on K-99 to east US-24 to I-70 in Topeka. |
