Topeka Murder Investigation
Topeka Police are investigating the homicide of 20-year-old Timothy Lister. Police found Lister suffering from a gunshot wound in the 1300 block of SW Lane St. a little after 5:00 a.m.
Mario Alberto King is a 28-year-old white male, 5'8" tall, and weighs 260 lbs. 27 News spoke with Yvette Segura who says Lister stabbed her husband 4 times right before he was shot. |
