Missing Motorcyclist is OK
A motorcyclist who had been unaccounted for has been found alive and well. 44-year old Daniel Dillard was last seen at a wedding last Saturday in Hiawatha. He was reported missing by his family on Tuesday.
Hiawatha Police Chief Evans Woehlecke told 27 News KSNT Friday afternoon Dillard is back in Hiawatha. Dillard told police he had fallen ill with a flu-like virus at an ABATE motorcycle rally at Lake Perry last weekend. He told authorities he spent the last few days recuperating at a house in Missouri before returning to Hiawatha where his mother lives. Dillard is from Lincoln, Nebraska. |
