Governor endorses District Attorney candidate
Governor Kathleen Sebelius is throwing her support behind a fellow democrat running for Shawnee County District Attorney.
The governor announced her endorsment for Chad Taylor this morning. She sighted Taylor's ties to the community, and his stark differences from his opponent, republican Eric Rucker as reasons for the pick. Taylor beat out attorney Jerry Berger in the August 5th primaries. He and Rucker will face off in the polls next month. |
