The city of Topeka has had crews out today cleaning up the mess from the drainage system to allow water to be able to run off.
Flooding is a concern, particularly if we get more rain in the next few days. In Rossville earlier today the flood stage is 25 feet. By 12:30, it'd reached just over 26 feet.
The folks with Shawnee County Emergency Management are asking people be prepared with a plan in case flood waters should approach their home.
