Testimony began and finished Thursday in an evidentiary hearing against Topeka police officer Jason Judd.

Judd is charged with shooting two brothers during a St. Patrick's Day party in 2008.

Five different witnesses gave their testimony in court today.

A special prosecutor from Johnson Co. reviewed the case, and recommended all charges be dropped against Judd.

Shawnee Co. District Court judge Nancy Parrish wanted to hear the evidence before making that decision.

The judge did drop one of the four charges against Judd, an aggravated assault charge against a person at the party where the incident happened.

No decision has been made on whether to proceed with the charges related to the shooting of Daniel and Devin Llamas.
