A Junction City man accused of a hate crime against his neighbor has been sentened.
Thomas Stawski pleaded no contest to aggravated intimidation and criminal threat charges in January. He was sentenced to a year and a half in state prison.
An investigation began in 2008 after the victim reported getting mail that depicted past racial violence against minorities.
Stawski was arrested for the crime back in October.
