A preliminary hearing is set for all four people charged in the death of a Tecumseh man late last month.
Michelle Eberhardt, Scott Mosher, Stephaine Menard and Derrick Haase all face charges related to the shooting death of Gerald Eberhardt on October 25th.
A preliminary hearing is set for December 28th in Shawnee County.
Michelle Eberhardt and Mosher are both being charged with premeditated first-degree murder.
Authorities have said that Mosher, who was the victim's stepson, confessed to pulling the trigger.
