The suspect in the homicide related to human remains discovered last week will be returning to Kansas.
Riley County Police say Luis Antonio Aquirre waived extradition from Texas and will be transported to the Riley County jail sometime over the next few days. A hunter found the remains of Tanya Carmen Lydia Maldonado and 15 month old Juan Luis Maldonado in a shallow grave near Ogden, partially buried. Riley County Police say Aquirre and Maldonado had a previous relationship.
