Two men are under arrest for allegedly running a cockfighting operation in Douglas County. The arrests occurred after authorities raided a rural Eudora property Tuesday morning. The arrests are the first to test a new state law that makes cockfighting a felony. Investigators recovered 169 birds including 118 gamecocks.
