Two members of the Westboro Baptist Church have failed to post bonds needed to delay collection of 5 million dollar jury award.

Shirley Phelps-Roper and Rebekah Phelps-Davis did not post their bonds by the deadline set by a federal judge in Baltimore.

In November a jury awarded five million dollars to the family of fallen marine Lance Corporal Matthew Snyder.

Jurors found members of the church intentionally inflicted emotional distress on his family when church members protested the marine's funeral.

The Topeka based church is currently appealing the ruling.
