Beasley, Chalmers Publicly Apologize
Miami Heat rookies Mario Chalmers and Michael Beasley are publicly talking about the incident at the NBA's rookie symposium that got them in hot water with the league.
Chalmers and Memphis Grizzlies rookie Darrell Arthur were each fined $20,000 by the NBA for having women in their hotel room, which violated league policy at the event. Michael Beasley says he was in the room at the time, but didn't admit to it until after the league began it's investigation. He was fined $50,000. |
