Mark Feuerborn joined the KSNT News team in October 2017 as a technical director, and now also writes news articles for KSNT.com.
Mark grew up in Overland Park and came to Topeka to study contemporary journalism at Washburn University. On campus, he worked for the Washburn Review newspaper as an investigative reporter, multimedia editor and later Editor in Chief in 2017. Mark got into broadcasting in college starting as a videographer for KTWU11 on various local shows, including their 2017 Emmy Award-winning Holiday Vespers program.
Mark has been part of several awards while at KSNT. He was part of a project that won him gold and silver awards from the 2019 Kansas City Society of Professional Journalists Heart of America 2019 awards. He was also a part of winning best morning newscast and station website from Kansas Association of Broadcasters in 2019. Mark was part of KSNT’s 2020 Regional Murrow Award-winning team for the station’s continuing coverage of the Junction City coffee cup controversy.
