Mark Feuerborn

Mark Feuerborn joined the KSNT News team in October 2017 as a technical director and writer for KSNT.com, and later served as News Operations Manager until May 2022.

Mark grew up in Overland Park and came to Topeka to study journalism at Washburn University. On campus, he worked for the Washburn Review newspaper as an investigative reporter and later editor in chief. Mark also got into broadcasting starting as a camera operator for KTWU11 on various local shows, including their Emmy Award-winning Holiday Vespers program.

Mark was part of several awards while at KSNT. A team project with Dan Garrett about a fallen Topeka police officer won 2019 Heart of America Gold and Silver awards from the Kansas City Society of Professional Journalists. Mark was part of winning best morning newscast for KSNT News and FOX 43 AM Live two years in a row, and the 2019 best station website award from the Kansas Association of Broadcasters. Mark was also part of KSNT’s 2020 Regional Murrow Award-winning team for the station’s continuing coverage of the Junction City coffee cup controversy.
