TOPEKA (KTMJ) – Dr. Amy Guernsey with University Veterinary Care Center stopped by Tuesday morning to talk about RHDV2 (Rabbit Hemorrhagic Disease). It’s a viral disease of wild rabbits, but domestic rabbits are also at risk.

Symptoms include fever, anorexia, epistaxis, but sudden death is the most common observation.
