TOPEKA, Kan. (KTMJ) – Chef David Goldwhite from Three Fires Steakhouse joined FOX 43 at 4 Wednesday to show off a fresh fish dish.
Goldwhite, whose restaurant can be found at Prairie Band Casino and Resort, served up seafood like salmon and scallops, as well as winter vegetables to create a medallion of salmon.
