TOPEKA, Kan. (KTMJ) – Three Fires Steakhouse Executive Chef Brenon Kincade joined FOX43 at 4 Wednesday from Prairie Band Casino and Resort to show off his pan-seared, over-finished veal center-cut chop.

Kincade drizzles a mushroom demi glaze on the veal, and also serves it with sautéed root vegetables.
