TOPEKA, Kan. (KTMJ) — Executive Chef Brenon Kincade from Three Fires Steakhouse at Prairie Band Casino and Resort joined FOX43 at 4 Wednesday to show off an oven-roasted herb rack of lamb dish.

The lamb is accompanied with sautéed exotic mushrooms and a fortified red wine reduction.
