MANHATTAN, Kan. (KSNT) – The City of Manhattan will celebrate their annual tree lighting ceremony virtually this year.
The tree lighting ceremony usually takes place after the Spirit of the Holidays Lighted Parade, but they will hold the ceremony virtually for the safety of others.
