After a snowy Tuesday night, city crews are cleaning up Topeka roads.
According to the city spokeswoman Molly Hadfield, crews worked 12-hour shifts overnight to clear up primary roads and emergency routes.
Crews finished up those roads and also plowed through secondary roads on Wednesday.
The city decided they won’t be clearing up residential streets for Tuesday’s storm. They make that decision on a storm by storm basis.
City officials said they’re expecting warmer weather to melt the snow on those roads for this week.
