We continue to see sunny skies over northeast Kansas, with temperatures hitting near 60 for some very unseasonable warmth. We remain clear overnight, but some more clouds roll in tomorrow afternoon with the next system.
A chance for showers returns late Sunday into early Monday morning. Throughout the day Monday, we will continue to clear out, with the brunt of the system a few states away. This mostly sunny setup stays with us through the mid week, along with continued above average temperatures. Tuesday could see a bit of a breeze out of the north, but that won’t hit our temperatures very hard.
Thursday and Friday, a few more clouds come into the mix. A system moves close enough to increase cloud cover, but is looking to keep rain well to the south looking at current computer models. By Friday, highs remain in the mid to upper 40s.
