Fourth person found guilty in Topeka triple murder case

Brian Flowers found guilty

On Tuesday Brian Joseph Flowers plead guilty to killing a man and woman in North Topeka. 

Flowers is the fourth person convicted in the triple murder of Matthew Leavitt, 19, Nicole Star Fisher, 38 and Luke Patrick Davis, 20. Those murders happened in March 2017. 

Flowers plead guilty to two counts of first-degree murder. He was also charged with two counts of aggravated kidnapping and one count each of aggravated assault and aggravated robbery, but those charges were dropped. 

He is scheduled to be sentenced on August 14.
