A big payday for the group that boosts and sustains the Topeka Zoo. Core First Bank has awarded Friends of the Topeka Zoo (FOTZ) a10-thousand dollar donation as part of a new campaign called ” Be the Difference.”
Core First asked the community to cast votes for a favorite non-profit group. FOTZ drew the most votes, Other organizations Topeka Dula Project and Valeo were also this year’s finalists. They received 2-thousand and 1-thousand dollar dollars respectively.
