A Kansas congressman wants to reunite a Wichita father with his two young daughters kidnapped by their mother in Russia.

U.S. Representative Ron Estes (R-Kansas) is working with the U.S State Department and the U.S. Embassy in Moscow to help Brian Mobley. His wife Bogdana took their two daughters against his will to Russia in 2014. Despite court ordered visitations, Brian has not seen his four and six-year-old since.

On March 6, 2019, a federal grand jury convicted Bogdana Mobley of international parental kidnapping, and attempting to extort money from the children’s father.

Estes has also sent a letter to Russian Ambassador Anatoly Antonov requesting the Russian government look into the matter. You can read that letter here.

Estes is continuing efforts to raise awareness of this case to the Russian government in order to expedite reunification.
