Kansas man indicted for hate crime in Paola

TOPEKA, Kan. (KSNT) – A Kansas man has been indicted by a federal grand jury after threatening an African-American juvenile.

According to the indictment Colton Donner, 25, shouted racial slurs, brandished a knife, a dangerous weapon at a juvenile in Paola, Kan.

The indictment also accuses Donner, a felon, with possessing a .44 caliber revolver.

The Justice Department announced that the a federal grand jury had indicted Donner in Kansas City in violation of Title 42, U.S. Code, Section 3631.
