Spring football is over and Chris Klieman has had some time to settle in as Kansas State’s new football coach. Now that he’s gotten to know his roster a bit, Klieman shared with KSNT Sports what type of product fans can expect on the field this fall.
“I think you’re gonna see offensively a lot of diversity, getting the ball in the playmakers’ hands, you’re not gonna say are we a run team or a pass team, or whatever you wanna say, percentages and stuff. We’re gonna get the ball in the playmakers’ hands and then on defense I would say relentless, aggressive. You let guys like Wyatt Hubert roll. You don’t constrict those guys,” said Klieman.
The Cats open up the Chris Klieman era August 31st at home against Nicholls State.
