The Topeka Performing Arts Center is getting groovy Friday night.
The Liverpool Legends are a Beatles tribute band that travel the country, bringing the Beatles experience back to life.
The four musicians dress up in costumes and rock out to classic Beatles songs.
The performers were actually picked out by Louise Harrison, the sister of late Beatle George Harrison.
This isn’t the first time the Liverpool Legends have performed at TPAC, but audience feedback was so positive, they had to bring them back.
“What happened was, people said ‘When are you going to have them back?’ And then the groundswell on Facebook and all social media and people just keep asking, asking, asking,” said TPAC Excecutive Director Larry Gawronski. “It’s a tribute because this floor is virtually filled and that’s great.”
Tickets are $30 and the show starts at 7:30 Friday night. Click here to buy tickets online.
