Child has life threatening injuries after being hit by driver in Topeka

Topeka police say a male child was hit by a car at 4th and Taylor street on Tuesday just before 7:00 p.m.

Police say the child was taken to a nearby hospital with life-threatening conditions.

He was on a bicycle when they were hit by the car.

The incident is currently under investigation.
