Gov. Kelly holds conference after abortion amendment vote

TOPEKA, Kan. (KSNT) – Governor Laura Kelly is holding a news conference Thursday afternoon regarding the passed abortion amendment.

The Kansas Senate voted to pass the amendment Wednesday. Gov. Kelly said she doesn’t support letting voters change the constitution regarding abortion rights.

Senator Susan Wagle is providing a response at 4:15 p.m.
