Two arrested in north Topeka after car chase

TOPEKA, Kan. (KSNT) – Two people were arrested Monday afternoon after a car chase in north Topeka.

Multiple police officers are on scene near northeast Madison Street & Northeast Fairchild Street after a car chase that started with a traffic violation.

Kansas Highway Patrol Lt. Adam Winters said Capitol Police found the car involved abandoned near Northeast Madison Street & Northeast Fairchild Street.

The suspects involved ran into a nearby home and were arrested shortly after.
