MANHATTAN, Kan. (KSNT) – Smoke plumes seen Friday west of Manhattan are coming from a controlled burn at Fort Riley.
The Fort Riley Fire Department confirmed the smoke is coming from a controlled burn in the area. This is the second day of smoke plume sightings, both times coming from controlled burns.
