Iowa Democratic Party Chair speaks on caucus results

DES MOINES, IA (KSNT) – Iowa Democratic Party Chair Troy Price spoke Tuesday afternoon regarding the partial release of the caucus results.

Monday night’s Democratic caucuses ended inconclusively as the state party blamed technological problems for preventing it from reporting results.
