Protesters converge on Kansas capitol to protest stay-at-home order

TOPEKA, Kan. (KSNT) – Hundreds of people and cars gathered in protest Thursday, “gridlocking” the Kansas Capitol building.

The original start time for the rally was “high noon,” however the horns and signs appeared on Southwest 10th Street well before 12 p.m. By 12:05, the streets around the capitol were completely shut down.
