The YWCA of Northeast Kansas held a Week without Violence Rally and March at the State Capitol on Friday. The Rally was held to bring awareness to domestic violence in our community. The March started at the State Capitol and ended at the YWCA, 255 SW 12th St. Dr. Tiffany Anderson, Superintendent of Topeka Public Schools and Governor Laura Kelly were guest speakers.
