KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) — Authorities say a security guard has fatally shot a man in a Kansas City parking lot.The guard told police that the shooting happened early Tuesday after a man approached him and pointed a gun. The man who was shot was dead when officers arrived. His name wasn’t immediately released.The release said the security guard wasn’t hurt.Police are urging anyone with information to call a tips hotline.
