2 dead in Jefferson Co. crash

JEFFERSON Co., Kan. (KSNT)– Two people are dead after a crash in Jefferson County on Saturday night.

Troopers said a truck was headed north on K237 when the driver failed to turn correctly on a curve and the truck rolled over several times.

The crash happened north of 50th Street and K237 just before 10:30 p.m.

According to Jefferson County Sheriff Jeff Herrig, four people were involved in the crash.

The victims are being identified as Christopher Webb, 46, of Topeka and Luke Puccinelli, 21, of Oskaloosa.
