Mother Teresa’s Holy Smokin’ Jamboree kicks off on Saturday.
The event will include a variety of activities like the smoke off cooking competition, live music, auctions and kids games just to name a few.
This is the eleventh year Mother Teresa’s Catholic Church has put on the event.
Organizers say it’s an event that all ages can enjoy.
“We want it to be a family event,” said event co-chair Linda Farrant. “It’s really a great time for us as a parish just to be able to meet people that we see in church and work with them side by side.”
The event runs from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Saturday and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday at Mother Teresa’s Catholic Church.
