A Herington man and woman are behind bars after police in the Dickinson County town raided their house and said they found counterfeit money, methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Police said Nathan David Nuss, 41, was taken into custody Wednesday for felony interference with a law enforcement officer, possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute, marijuana and paraphernalia possession, and criminal use of weapons.

Police later arrested Ashely Brook Loomis, 30, early Thursday morning who is also now in the Dickinson County Jail. Authorities are referring her case to the Dickinson County attorney for review.
