Vice President Mike Pence will make a visit to Wichita next week in support of Kansas Secretary of State and Gubernatorial candidate Kris Kobach, and the following day attend a private fund-raising event for GOP Congressional Candidate Steve Watkins in the Capital City. A GOP official tells KSNT News that Pence will attend the fund-raiser October 19th in Topeka. No location or time specified for the Topeka event.

Kobach’s campaign manager confirmed the visit to Wichita Wednesday morning.  A rally in support of Kobach will be on Oct. 18th, but no location or time has been released.  More information is expected later.

Pence’s visit comes only days after President Trump visited Topeka last weekend in support of Kobach.
