Wichita man gets 25 years in prison for sex trafficking

On Monday a Wichita man was sentenced to 25 years in federal prison for sex trafficking. 

U.S. Attorney Stephen McAllister said Johnell Carter, 23 admitted to punching and biting an 18-year-old woman to make her have sex for money at Wichita hotels. He also admitted to recruiting a 15-year-old to perform sex acts for money. 

Carter advertised both of the women online. 

He pleaded guilty to two counts of sex trafficking.
